Licensed Psychotherapist | Trainer & Educator
Mohammed is a licensed psychotherapist with over 7 years of experience in mental health, counseling, and education. He holds a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and is certified in a wide range of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Positive Psychotherapy, Trauma-Focused Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, and Marriage and Family Counseling. Trained by both national and international institutions, Mohamedsalih combines evidence-based methods with a culturally responsive approach. He is also an experienced trainer and educator, committed to empowering individuals and strengthening communities through compassionate, high-quality care.

Abdulgefar Sherif holds a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and brings over 10 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families. He specializes in parenting and marriage counseling, helping clients navigate relationship challenges, strengthen family dynamics, and build healthy communication. Known for his culturally sensitive approach and deep understanding of community needs, Abdulgefar is committed to empowering families and promoting long-term well-being. Dr. Frezer Ayalem
Psychiatrist | Specialist in Personality Disorders & Trauma-Informed Care
Dr. Frezer Ayalem is a licensed psychiatrist and therapist with over five years of experience, specializing in personality disorders and trauma-informed care. He utilizes evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and psychodynamic techniques to support emotional well-being. Practicing in Ethiopia, Dr. Frezer integrates clinical expertise with cultural sensitivity, providing therapy, training, program development, and consultation across various settings. At Harmony, he fosters a supportive and empowering environment grounded in scientific rigor, empathy, and a commitment to resilience and mental health.

Clinical Psychologist
Ahlam holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and brings strong foundational expertise in psychological assessment, psychotherapy, and crisis intervention. She is skilled in evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and Narrative Exposure Therapy (NET). Highly motivated and compassionate, Ahlam is dedicated to supporting individuals’ mental well-being through professional and empathetic care.
